We are John and Una Gere, serving the Lord in exotic locations
around the world since 1986. We met in California (John’s home) in 1979, married and lived in Ireland (Una’s home) for seven years, and were then dramatically propelled to Hawaii, where we met the Lord! We’ve been following Him ever since.
In 1992 came the call to the “field”, and we trained with YWAM, and
traveled further into the Pacific, to help build (literally) and establish a
YWAM campus in the “Kingdom of Tonga”.
After over a year there, and in Fiji, we were called to the western Pacific, to Micronesia, to a tiny island nation called, Yap. There we lived and served for five years, until the Holy Spirit broke in, changed our home fellowship into a thriving, indigenous church, and told us that our season there had ended.
To our great surprise, the next stop was to be - Israel!
